I want to know the policies, successful cases of persons who got a full-time job offer while being a student, any problems that can come while receiving one when staying in the country on study permit. How would one cancel their study permit and work towards PR.

If you don't attend school you will be reported to CIC and you study permit will be cancelled. You are not allowed to work full-time as a student when school is in session. If your goal is to stay in Canada for the longterm breaking the rules will make that very difficult. You may not get caught right away but when you go to apply for your next visa or PR it will come up.

You can't work full time as a student. If you work full time illegally, the problems you can expect are to have your study permit canceled, to be ordered to leave Canada and for your PGWP to be refused.

You would need to switch over to a close work permit in order to be able to work full time. To switch to a closed work permit, your employer needs to obtain an approved LMIA and then you need to apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
