Police verification question?

Facts

I will be eligible to apply for Canadian citizenship on the 28th of November 2017 . My questions are regarding police certificate for the time I have lived in for more than 6 months. I lived in United Kingdom / England from sep 4th September 2016 and will be leaving for Canada on the 27th of September 2017 as I was completing my MBA studies. My PR card is valid until April 2019.

Questions

Q1) I have got the UK police certificate as of August 2nd 2017.Will it be valid up until November 28th 2017 or do I have to apply for another one after I leave UK in September 27th 2017?
Q2) Should I have applied for the police certificate after I left UK on the 27th Sep 2017?
Q3) Can immigration Canada ask why is August & September not covered as u lived in UK until 27th September 2017?
Q3) Do I have send a police certificate from India as I am a citizen of that country but never lived after the age of 18 years ? I did provide a Indian police certificate during PR process from Indian Consulate in Toronto ?
Q4) Do I also do a police check and finger scan in Canada and send it with the application ?

When C 6 comes in force what will be the position of submitting Police Certificate because as of now it requires one to submit Police Certificate in Original from each country, other than Canada, where a person present for a total of 183 or more days during last 4 years.
Will it be the same or it will also change after the implementation of C 6 in this fall.
