We have lived in 3 countries ( including India) in the past 6 years . Do we need to get verification from all the countries. Secondly the verification process is only for the primary applicant or it applies to both.

PCCs are required from any country that any applicant over 18 (compaying or not) have spent in it more than 6 months in a row. Any family member for sure has a direct impact on the whole family admissibility no matter what.
In practice if you travel to any country you maximum get a stamp of residency that is valid for 6 months if you exceeded this period without renewal or any kind of permission or special visa then it is a sort of violation otherwise you should be able to obtain PCCs from that country.
If you get PCCs then you verified that you did not engage in an illegal activity in terms of international travel and applicable local rules
