Hi, I am yet to receive an ITA and am expecting to receive the same in the next draw. Can I proceed with arranging the PC pending the receipt of the ITA.
I am from India and shall be obtaining the same through the passport portal of Govt of India.

I got today. We can arrange pcc before ITA . IRCC expressly mentioned in acknowledgement we receive once our EE profile is created n put in pool
