Hi all,
I have a question:

10 years ago i was caught with some marijuana on a festival. I the time I was 19, didnt get fined, and just paid the court expenses. After a while I was rehabilitated , so now my Police file is clean, and the Certificate says I have never had problems with police.
How should I answer Schedule A, question 4 - If I have been convicted for a crime or offence in any country?
Any ideas?

You should answer yes. If the charge comes up during their background checks and you answered "no" to this question, you could be charged with misrepresentation and banned from Canada for 5 years. Since this happened 10 years ago, it should not make you inadmissible and therefore you should not worry about declaring it
