police clerance certificate(PCC)

HI ,

I am an Indian and got married to Canadian on 24th November'12 and came to Canada on visitors visa. We are going to apply for outland application while i will stay here and get my visa extended till i get my PR.
DO you think that's possible?

My second question is about Police clearance certificate. I shifted in 2010 to this new place within same city. So the PCC that i got says that my record is good from 2010 till date.
Am i required to get PCC from my old place as well?

Which Country, but doesnt matter anyway

PCC is for all of India, doesn't matter if u moved

As for ur 1st part, yes u can ext visa ( try )
