Do I need to apply PCC from my current address or from location I have permanent address?
I am from Ludhiana, Punjab. All ID proofs from Ludhiana only, but currently living and working in Gurgaon. Do I need to apply PCC from Ludhiana PSK or Gurgaon PSK?
Please advice experts.
