Police Clearance

Hello everyone,

I would like to know please if we are not able to have the police clearance from a previous stay in a different country, what we can do? is there a letter to submit to clarify or other suggestions, please advise!!!

Thank you but is there any other way.

I called the embassy and they took time to reply and ask to redo the fingerprints and all process. very complicated process.

Please advise!
