Police Clearance takes too long

Hello guys

I've applied for certificate of good conduct in the embassy and they said it's gonna take about two months.. So I wont be sble to submitt it on time for E-APR.

They only gave me a piece of paper (a receipt) as a proof that it is processing.. and I already have a certificate of non criminal record (IRCC asks for both).

Would that be a problem? I need your advice, please guys

you have to explain in LOE that you applied for PCC and it will take some time and you gave it your best effort. most of the time they will grant an extension to upload pcc.
