Police Clearance for Stay in USA for 4 years, now in India

Need very urgent advise on how to obtain a Police clearance certificate for my stay in USA for 4 years. I am now residing in India. Can anyone please guide me how can I obtain PCC for my stay in USA from India.

Hi PMM, thanks for the information appreciate it. I have gone through the website. Have couple of more questions. Can I print the fingerprint card on normal A4 page and take prints by my self and post it to relevant address along with applicable charges or I have to get them done in presence of law enforcement personnel or police station?

Get them done by the Police or a fingerprinting service.

There is a fingerprint form on the FBI website. Why not use it ? In fact, you must use it.

FBI is very particular about the quality of fingerprints. Although you can do the printing yourself, but getting them done though a local expert (police or private) would be a better idea.
