My passport was seized at the border back in 2015, where my passport expired on 2017. Got negative decision and completed appeal. Now I recently got married and for my sponsorship application, I need to have police clearance. I called Ottawa and they said they need valid passport. But my situation is different. I explained it was seized when I made refugee claim and expired already where I couldn't do anything. Now what should I do now to get police clearance without my passport?
