If we have been in Canada for 4 years when we apply for citizenship, do we still need for police clearance from the countries we have lived more than 6 months before moving Canada. I heard different information on this. Please help. Thank you.

In the past four (4) years, if you spent 183 days or more in a row (since the age of 18) in a country (other than Canada), you must provide a police certificate from each country.

If you spent last 4 years in Canada, then no - you don't need any police certificate to provide with your application.
