today i will file my application! i dont have new fresh police clearance and i wont to send a application without it. is there any kind of cover letter sample how should i inform them about it!

You can right a letter with your application that you will submit PCC later.

You can provide a generic cover letter stating that you are applying for PR under CEC, and you have attached all necessary documents. You will also send in the PCC once you get your AOR with the application number.

I had send my CEC application without the PCC and did not attach any cover letter. So you are good both ways.

I used something like this:

To: Government of Canada, CIC

Police Certificate for Permanent Residence Application
Dear Sir / Madam,

I understand that my permanent residency application must be accompanied by a police certificate from ...
I applied for new police certificates but they are not available yet.
Therefore, I would like to request that my application is accepted without the police certificate.

I will send the new police certificates of me and my wife, as soon as these are available.

hi guys... just want to ask question.. i sent my application yesterday for CEC and i have 2 police clearance that should include in the application, 1 is from my country and 1 is from rcmp, but i forget to put inside the folder 1 of my police clearance... what should i do??? do i need to wait for their request??
