Hi There,
I have a question about PCC. I am going to apply to sponsor my wife next week. Her PCC was issued on Sep 17. They say it should not be issued more than 3 months ago. Should we get new PCC before submitting application or we can send new PCC later? Would they send application back if PCC is more than 3 month old?
Please help me! Many thanks in advance....Regards..Vish

Try... I dont think so they are going to send it back to you. just write a note saying i have requested new PCC. so i am pretty sure they will require you to submit new PCC. send your APP now and at the same time request for new PCC. cuz i am in same boat because I waited them to tell me to submit PCC. and then i submit request. keep in mind PCC takes more than a month. it doesnt matter if you pcc before and chances are you are going to get faster.

Thanks Sekhon97 for your help. I shall do as you suggested. In Mumbai, India we can get PCC in a week. Do you think I should try to get new one and send with application? because it's holidays time going on here in Canada. Do you think it's a good idea to wait till holidays are over and send application with new PCC is possible? Thanks for your advice! Regards

If it only takes a short time try and send the complete application. It will save you from any delays in the future.

I heard they are valid up to one year but considers three months old ones.
If its a matter of one week to get new PCC, I would go for it to avoid delays.
Good luck.
