It is likely that I might get an ITA in the following draw.

Should I wait for the ITA to apply for PCC ( I need one for India and another from USA )?

The PCC's, specially from USA, can take upto 3 months to receive.

CIC will only accept PCC that have been issued in no more than 3 months before the application.

1. Should I wait for ITA to apply for PCC's ?

2. Will CIC give me extention after issuing ITA knowing that I have applied for PCC ?

US can take up to 18 weeks - 4 1/2 to 5 months these days, including mailing time, so apply now.

Not an extension to the ITA, but (for example) in the case of the FBI certificate, you can submit proof that you applied for it (if you don't get it in time), and they should allow you to submit the FBI cert later...

I applied for USA (FBI PCC) in Nov 26 2014 and I got my PCC 24-Mar-2015

I have one question though; I got the ITA from CIC; I am getting married in April; I have time till May 1st to submit my application..

My spouse is in India now; ( I am working in Canada); can she apply for her PCC now in India and have it ready; instead of waiting till my marriage..

Are there any issues if she applied for her PCC before my marriage..

How much time does it take to get the PCC from India through BLS Canada..??

I am getting eligible to fall under CEC coming May, Should I apply for PCC now or should I wait untill I receive my ITA suppose in May..!!

If you are in Canada, you can apply now for India PCC and have it ready.

I applied from Canada around Nov 23 2014 and I got my Indian PCC in early Mar 2015
