Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have applied for the PEI Business impact program where in now we have to apply for the work visa.
We are 59 and 65 years old and have been working and living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for 17 years at a strech. Please advise if we have to get the Police clearance certificate from the countries we have lived before moving in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

I've only got this link RE Police Certificates for general E.Entry: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/apply-permanent-residence/police-certificates.html

So not sure if the PEI BIProgram is different, but the link above says (in the 2nd para):

'Get the police certificates you need

You must include police certificates when you apply for permanent residence.

Our online system will ask for a police certificate for:

  • you and your family members who are 18 years or older
  • and
  • every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row
You don’t need to give us police certificates for any period of time before you were 18 years old or for time spent in Canada.

After you apply, an officer may ask for additional police certificates from any time in your life since you were 18 years old.'
