I renewed my passport recently. I asked my brother from back home to get the PCC prepared. However when I received it I noticed that there is "Passport Issued Date" of my old passport. Would CIC accept this? Should I have the new PCC prepared with the date of new passport (Passport Issued Date)? Is this a big issue? Please advise, thanks.
