Please note that this thread will be useful to Pakistanis only, but I am sure your individual embassies will also have similar procedures.
You need to present this form filled out to Pakistan Embassy, Riyadh (Window # 6) with the following documents:
- Passport copy
- Iqama copy
- NIC copy
- 2 pictures
After they attest and sign, you will then take this to Foreign Affairs office in Nasariyah pay 30 Riyals and get it stamped (No need to go to Chamber of Commerce) then take it straight to Police Clearance Office.
