Hi,

I recently read about people lived abroad getting rejection based on PCC from Pakistan and I think, I might be affected because of this.

I haven't actually applied in the pool yet, waiting for my WES but my points will be around 490

I am currently living in USA and I plan to visit Pakistan soon to get my PCC. I heard something about getting PCC after leaving Pakistan or something similar. Can someone please guide me about the course of action. I am super confused. Please keep in mind that embassy or family stuff is not possible for me. Also should I also apply my FBI check now or after coming back from Pakistan. Thank you

I know a number of applicants who were in similar situation and from my experience.

1. PCC should be issued after your last exit from Pakistan.
2. PCC should cover all the time duration you spent in Pakistan.
3. PCC should be issued from each city address which will have in your address history section.

This is purely my experience.

I am in IP2 stage and have submitted the biometrics. BG shows that they have started and will inform if they need any information.

1. At which stage is our proof of funds and job description cleared?

2. I was visiting my home country from UAE each year for one month since 2014 but I have not mentioned until 2018 in my Pakistani PCC. As the last time I was in Pakistan for more than 3 months was in 2014. So I have got my Pakistani PCC made until 2014 and it was issued on 30th Aug 2018 during my visit, whereas I flew back to UAE on 1st Sept. For the remaining duration until 2018 I have made UAE PCC. Do you consider it as a rejection?

At the current stage of my application (IP2), when do we usually receive rejection on PCCs or after how many months of AOR?

This is driving me crazy

There is no problem in your PCC, since its covering all the dates. The last they can suspect is on about different addresses you have stayed since birth in Pakistan. If you have covered that, you are good.

BG check is usually Employer verification.
