Police Clearance certificate from India

Hi Guys,

I'm currently living in Canada (have been in Toronto for more than 2 years) and I'm applying for Canadian PR.

I've a question regarding the police clearance certificate -

Though I'm currently in Canada, can I get my police clearance certificate from India? Or should I get the certificate from the Indian embassy in Toronto? Is it mandatory for Canadian residents to get the clearance certificate from Indian embassy?

Hi,

you can get it from India embassy in Bloor street. It takes 2-3 weeks.
