Do we also need a Canadian Police Clearance Certificate for the Non-Express PR application? I have been living here for more than 6 months, I have already my own country clearance certificate.

I'm not an authority. Only sharing my personal situation. INLAND Spousal application. COPR with only FBI Letter, though have been in Canada on extended visitor status for 12 months.
