Police Clearance Certificate for family and PR Start Date

Hello,

Can someone help me finding answers for the below questions. Thank you in advance.


1) Should we get police clearance certificate just for the main applicant or for whole family including dependents?
2) What will be the PR Start date given once we land in canada to collect the PR? ( I am looking for 5 year period start and end date of PR)
3) Are there anything specific to consider when we receive PR via Ontario PNP?
