My inland PR application was submitted on the early of April, 09. Yet, some missing info was required to provide in mid of May and then we get our client number.
I arrived Vancouver on 28 December 2008 and I'm from Hong Kong.
I applied the police checks both from Hong Kong & RCMP in February 09. We later found that we needn't to do so until CIC asked me to do it since I'm from HK. Anyway, the HK police had already directly sent to CIC early of April even they haven't my client number.
I also believe my medical report was sent to CIC by my doctor around mid of February or early of March 09. Can CIC locate those check and medical report to my file with missing client number?
For RCMP, I didn't get the check so far and found the check was lost on mail as I just checked with RCMP. They will resend it to me shortly.
Can I send the RCMP check to CIC even they do not ask for? Since I arrived Vancouver in December 08 while I do the RCMP check in February 09, does the check valid? I'm confusing.
Thanks for your help.
