Back in March my application got cancelled with the following message.
"The Police certificate from United States of America was issued prior to your last residence in that country.
The Police certificate was issued on 2017/10/30. Your last residence in this country was 2019/03/12".
I tried making sense of this message and reached out twice for clarification and got generic replies both time telling me to check the original message in the account.
I believe the police report is valid up to 2 yrs from issuance so validity should have fine.
I'm wondering if it it caused by the format of the section dealing with travel outside? Because the 2019/03/12 date it was talking about was the current date on that day and I was haven't traveled outside US since early 2017.
Would appreciate any help making sense out of the original communication!
