police certification from dubai

i am planning to go and settle in Toronto next summer 2012, i would like to ask , after passing 3 years in canada and apply for the canadian passport, will they ask me to provide a new police certification from Dubai ? other than the one presented already when i applied for my immigration first time in 2009?
