Police certificates of good conduct and Medical examinations for sponsor too?

Hi again,
I was starting to wonder if I, as a sponsor, also needed to include a police certificates of good conduct and medical examination?
It may be a silly question, but I don't want to make a major oversight due to assuming wrong!

No, the sponsor does not need to get police certificates or have a medical.

Ok thanks. I wonder if there is any question about conduct while being out of Canada though? I've been away quite a long time.

As youre canaduan theres no reason for them to care about oveeaeas activity, criminal or not. They have to take you back in regardless
