Hello I am going to apply soon under the outland spouse class.
Question is:
The guide says you don't need to submit them with your application in order to be complete, yet you could (as far as I have understood). At the same time though they advice to start getting them in advance but that they must be up to date. My country issues police background documents with a 6 month validity. Does anybody have an idea of what up to date definition stands for in Cic language?
