Police Certificates From CANADA in Pakistan?

Hi all,

Immigration office at Buffalo has requested me to submit a police certificate from Canada (I lived there more than 6 months) but the problem is that I have left canada and now in Pakistan. Can anyone please guide me from where I can get fingerprint card in Pakistan and also get the fingerprints to be sent to Canada police for verification.
