Police Certificate

Dear all,

Do we need to upload police certificate for our visa application package? A friend of mine who got his study permit did attach it. My name on the first page of passport and name on police certificate is a bit different. The name on police certificate follows my name that appears on the second page of my passport (the additional name section).

If you stayed in any other country other than your Home Country, for over 6 months, in the last 5 years, then you need to attach a police certificate from that country. If you didn't then you don't need a police certificate.
