Accompanying spouse here/ ITA received/ EE CEC PNP/ currently uploading documents.
I have just realized that all my documents are under my maiden name apart from my police certificate which for some reason I decided to put under my married surname... However, it does list my maiden name under ' travel documents' on this police certificate.
My question is - Will they have an issue with my police certificate as it is not listed as the same name as the rest of my application/ passport etc?
I have however stated in my EE application that I go by another name listed as 'other' (my married surname) and will be including letter of explanation & marriage certificate proving my right to use this surname). I may be being overly cautious but I would hate to have my application rejected because of this potential error.
Note: I have never used my married name in any other legal setting etc. only socially.
