Hello all,

This is my first post on the forum so if i have not followed any rules etc please let me know.

I am in the process of applying for IEC Visa through a Visa company, and i'm travelling from the UK. So as my wife has already been through an immigration process i knew to get a police certificate ready, i received my police certificate with 'No Live Trace' so inquired and found it was a 'Reprimand' from 12 years ago when i was 16, the charge was 'Being Carried in a motor vehicle taken without consent'. No court case or anything just the reprimand.

So when i received my questionnaire with the question 'Have you ever committed, been arrested, charged or convicted of a crime outside of Canada' I said 'Yes' and gave the aforementioned information. The visa company have told me i need to do a Subject Access Request to ACRO, which i have now received. This has me very worried as there are arrests on the SAR that i did not declare as i thought if they were not on my police certificate they were no longer on my record.

They're all arrests that lead to 'No Further Action' so no conviction or charge, no court cases or anything, just arrests that didn't lead to anything else, again from over 10 years ago. I just need advice on what i should do now, i'm really scared that it will ruin my chance of following my dream. I cant seem to find clear answers on what will make me criminally inadmissible vs what wont.

If anyone can provide help or answers on the matter i would greatly appreciate it.

Many thanks,
James.
