I have received an ITA in the end of November and was about to submit all my documents however a policy certificate suddenly came up on my checklist under my husband’s name. I am guessing it is because he has been stayed in USA for his work just over 6 months few days ago. He is Canadian citizen and hence an unaccompanied spouse in my EE application. Does he really need to submit a police record of United States ? And if this policy record is required, what if I cannot have it before my ITA deadline ?
