Police Certificate Not Required?

Hi! I am preparing to apply for PR through TR to PR stream.

I was hopeful that someone could help me with:
I have not stayed in any country (even my country of citizenship) except Canada for 6 months or more since 18 y.o.
Does this mean I do not need to provide any police certificates?
