My husband studied in the Netherlands for 11 months and so needs a PC. I have visited the website for the ministry of Justice and downloaded the appropriate form but there is a part on the form for CIC (as body requesting certificate) to fill out. The CIC website says that I can upload a letter in the space for my husband's PC saying that a direct request from CIC is needed. Of course this is all going to take a long time as I will not be submitting my eAPR until March. Is there any way I can contact CIC and ask them to send the request from now so that we can have the PC done in time for my submission in March? If so, what's the number/email address? I see a number that persons can call but only if they are in Canada which I am not.
