Hello! Can I ask you how you sent your information to the VAC in Mexico? Was it through the TTService website? I am confused because all I see there is "how to apply for a visa" and "how to submit a passport". I m kinda lost...

Hi everyone. I lived in Mexico. I am asked to provide a Constancias de Datos Registrales. On the IRCC website, they say we can do so through a CRDV in Mexico and there is a link that sends to VSFGlobal / TTServices. But on that page, you can apply for a visa or submit your passport, but nothing about a Constancia de Datos Registrales. I even talked to someone through their chat and I think they had no idea what I was talking about. Any idea how to achieve this? I am kinda loosing hope now...

Hi! I understand why this is confusing. The IRCC information can make it seem like the Constancia de Datos Registrales is something you can request directly through VFS/TT Services, but they are not the Mexican authority that issues the document.

If you lived in Mexico and IRCC specifically requested a Constancia de Datos Registrales, the process is handled in Mexico through the corresponding Mexican authorities. The CRDV/VFS reference is related to the document collection/transmission process, which is why their website may not show a specific application for this certificate.
