police certificate issue

I applied for my study permit oct 14th & the processing started oct 21st. Recieved an email today (nov 5th) vagely asking for a police certificate. I already submited the police certificate for both places i have lived in (PK & USA both) I emailed the embassay with the certificates also stating that i turned it in before.

The thing that i'm concerned with is that my police certificate from PK was made recently but the US one was made in 2012 (it's still valid though) I was only in US from jan 2013-aug 2013.

Should i remake my US police certificate & email them that to be on the safe side. OR ignore this & hope for the best?

ANOTHER THING TO ADD:

I did my middle, high school and college in US & my consultant told me that I do not have to pay the school tuition for application. in my email from the embassy they did not mention anything about this so I dont think it'll be a problem.. right?

i dnt know abt the tuition but i thnk thy require an original police certificate not a copy and i thnk ths is gud news coz its kinda like medical. When all other thngs r clearified then thy ask fr aditional or missing meaning ur ap is aproved other thn ur police certificate so i thnk after few days of submitting the polce certfctae ul get medical cal insha Allah

I actually did submit original police certificates! I think the problem might be because my police certificate in USA was made in 2012 and I lived there for 8 months after without making a new police certificate even though its valid till some time. But my pakistani police certificate was made recently.

I thnk u cn ask them more specifically whch certifiacte thy want, the apki or US one?
