Police Certificate - how to upload

Hi,

I have to upload a police certificate for both Spain and UK with translations. I combined into one PDF as there is only once space in IRCC to upload. But it is asking for document name, number, issue and expiry date which is not relevant to my documents and I have 2.
Please advise.
