CIC says that Applicants in Somalia which are based in these two provinces puntland and Somaliland should contact the local Police authority.
I contacted them both the Ministry of Justice as well as the Criminal Investigation Department of the Police can provide NO criminal record certificate
Which one should I apply.
I noticed from CIC page that most of the police certifcates worldwide are provided by the Ministry of Justice.
