Police Certificate from a country that I cant go to?????

Okay guys, I'm officially freaking out.

They emailed my husband today and asked for updated police checks from Iraq and Syria, which we obviously can not go to. Can we go to the embassies here in Jordan and request them?
They only gave us 30 days and im scared applying and getting a police check from these two countries will take longer than that.

They also asked for a family transcript from Syria. Syria doesnt have a "family book" So I dont understand what they want. Anyone with experience have any advice.

Please help!

Okay according to CIC we can go to a embassy or consular section here in Jordan and request them, that still doesnt answer my question of what if they dont make it within 30 days.

Im still very confused about the Family Document Transcript.

Show that you have applied for them and CIC will extend the 30 day deadline.
