In the application for citizenship for parents, how do I get a police certificate from country of origin when travel is restricted during covid? My MiL is over 60 years old and lives alone in Pakistan (country of origin) however she has now been in Canada since before Covid. Is there a reason that can be provided which will resonate well with IRCC? I dont want the application to get delayed unnecessarily but don't seem to have a choice.
