Police Certificate and Clearances

this is Vinay, I am about to apply FSW and getting all my documents ready.
Can anyone tell me the format for "Police Certificate and Clearances"
Been to the nearest Police Station and they asked me for the format.

If u r Indian, then apply PCC to your passport office. U will get on the same day.
