Hi everyone,
I want to have something cleared out:
We know that if we lived in a country more than 6 months then we need to have a Police Certificate from that country.
I lived in Spain between 2013-2015 but i don't live there since then.
The CIC website clearly says : "For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after the last time the applicant lived in that country."
I don't live there anymore... so my question is, Am I able to go personally to Spain and get a police certificate personally, then leave Spain and submit the APR ? I keep hearing that I can only get it after I leave the country.
Bear in mind the information says "...after the last time the applicant lived in that country". Doesn't say anything about a visit.. That should make the certificate acceptable right?
Thanks in advance guys
