Try to understand the process better it's not just about points you should consider LMIA criteria are you in a Skills shortage area as per CIC?

Remember EE is for Top Ranking Candidates only as per CIC.

Don't just focus on one thing like Education Points. Maybe give us a bit more info to point you in the right direction.

Do you want PR? Do you have a Job in the field of your education? What type of job is it in the appropriate NOC class? etc etc?

Have you tried the sample application online at CIC website what scores are you getting?

Look at the CIC site, I am not familiar with Sound Engineers, but look up the NOC Classification it falls into than see if CIC sees that as a Skills shortage area (by researching).

This specific info your going to have to research.

Remember the bar for getting PR is higher now EE is for Top Scoring Candidates only, Education is only one part of the Score! Work Experience and even having close Canadian Friends counts towards your application!
