I am pursuing Master Degree (MS) in Software Engineering in Quebec. It is a 2 year course full-time, but can be completed in 1.5 years.
Stay in Quebec
Criteria Points
To study for 1 regular full-time semester 5 points
To study for 2 regular full-time semesters 5 points
To work for at least 3 months 5 points
To work for at least 6 months 5 points
For Business for at least 1 week 0 points
Other stay for no less than 2 weeks and not more 3 months 1 points
Other stay exceeding 3 months 2 points
Maximum 5 points
I have completed 1 semester(4 months), I will be getting results by January 2013 first week. (Still I am left with 3 more semesters to complete the MS degree).
My question here is Can I claim 5 points for completing 1 full time Semester?
OR should I need to complete the entire course, i.e., all 4 semesters (1.5-2 years), then only I will be able to claim 5 points.
Please help me in understanding this table and suggest me. Thanks.
