Hi All, I need your help in assessing points for my eligibility for express entry. Below are my education and work experience details;

I. Education & Professional Certification:
1. Certified Public Accountant (From AICPA, USA)
2. Chartered Accountant (From ICAI, India)
3. Bachelor's of Commerce( OU, India)

II.Work Experience:
1. Currently working as an Assurance Manager with Ernst & Young LLP, USA (10 months)
2. Worked for Deloitte & Touche LLP, USA (2.7 years)
3. Worked Deloittte India (3.5 years)
4. Worked for Genpact (2.5 years)

To sum up, I have US experience of 3.8 years, currently living in USA on H1B. Prior to that 6 years work experience in India. Taking IELTS test next month.

III. Married, and two kids. Wife has bachelor degree from India, no work experience.

Please advise me whether I am eligible for express entry based on the above provided details, and also what should be my next steps.

If you score over 67 points you might be eligible.

1. Even if my score over 67, I need to satisfy the funds requirement?
2. What is CSR score and this score?
3. My previous six years work experience falls under "125 Other business services managers", hoping this is still fine for Express Entry?

1 - Yes.
2 - CRS score is the one that will determine whether you are able to obtain an ITA - the other one is simply to assess whether you're eligible under the FSW program.
3 - It's fine as long as the NOC is 0, A or B.
