Hello all! I'm new here, so be nice
My wife and I are starting to do a bit of digging on the processes of moving from the UK to Canada.
My query has been touched on already in separate threads but I can't seem to relate them to my UK qualifications so asking for some local guidance based on my circumstances. So, currently my wife and I sit at a somber 437 CRS points with only both our BA hons degree used as our current educational attributes. I've noticed that there is an option in the Canadian governments CRS calculator which states "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees. One which has to be 3 years or more".
Currently I hold:
A BA hons degree in English (3 year at university level)
A HNC in Aeronautical Engineering (1 year university level)
In addition (if relevant)
X 2 NQ2 in Aircraft Engineering areas.
My question is: given my qualifications would I be able to claim points for ' two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees etc ' with a degree and a HNC?
Many thanks
Alex
