Points for Education - 10 + 3 years

Hello Everyone,

Good Day.

My cousin intends to apply for Canadian PR.
He has 10 years experience in Networking and Windows Administration and his education is as follows (total 13 years):

> 10 years of schooling fulltime
> Diploma in Computer Science, 3 years fulltime

Please note that he didn't go for any post secondary education, i.e., 10+2.

1. Does he qualify for '2 or more certificates / diplomas / degrees.' in ECA??
2. How many points can he expect for his education in any PNPs? He intends to apply for SINP OID stream.

if you dont have a degree, then it would be pretty tough to get any points for education...

please do a WES assessment to get a 100% sure answer as to what the 3 yrs diploma would be equivalent to in canadian education

I understand that a Degree can bring in more points.

What if this degree is not recognized by WES? Will it still be counted for points?

It'll be counted as the qualification it is. Wait for what WES could take it as, and then check hat against the points.
