points calculation help (FWS new policy) Plzzzzzzzzzz

I am calculating points base on new criteria. Please correct me if I am wrong.

1) English / Ability. english first languange ( Ielts result 6 band in each) ==> claim point 16
2) Education. Three years diploma full time in Nursing ==> claim point 21
3) Experience. 4+ years in same profession ==> claim point 15
4) Age. 31 years ==> claim points 12
5) Adaptability.Applicant’s spouse scores 4 on all language abilities. ==> claim point 5

Total point 69

for work experience, the new points grid will be as follow for new fsw application 4th may 2013

Work Experience Points
1 year 9 points
2-3 years 11 points
4-5 years 13 points
6 years and greater 15 points

thanks for reply. So, according to new point system 4+ years experiences can claim 13 point
