Hi,

I’m Ajay and I’m applying for Canada FSW and I have work experience of exactly 3 years at the time of Express Entry profile creation. If I get my invite in another 2 months my total experience will be 2 years 10 months. Will my points get reduced because the loss of 2 months or will they consider what was it at the time profile creation?

Please help on this.

Your work experience should be 3 years at AOR to be considered as 3 years

Thanks for the reply. Another question, does this experience needs to be continuous 3 years (36 months) or I can have a break of 1 month in the middle for change of employer?

Break of 1-month is acceptable to the best of my knowledge. Good luck.

The continuity requirement applies to the minimum requirement of 1-year. There needs to be no breaks in that 1-year. But the next 2 years, no problem, 1 month is fine.
