Same is written on my approval mail. I think it would be filled by visa officer when we will land in Canada...

DO i need to show or tell them about my residence??

in my case. my college is centennial, SCARBOROUGH.
i will land in Canada on 7th dec. and then directly will go to BRAMPTON to my relatives house and after 10-15 days i will move to nearest apartment to my college.

so how could i tell them?

Just explain that to the office as you did to us, just make sure you know your relatives' address
